Some time ago, social media was shocked by one of the influencers from the capital city of Jakarta for ordering sushi from Bali, and it turned out to be stale. After the uproar, the owner of the sushi outlet finally clarified.
The tiktok celeb who is often called by his nickname Kenzie has recently uploaded the moment he was tasting what he bought through a delivery service from Bali, the problem is that this Japanese raw food preparation is stale when it arrives in Jakarta but this influencer still eats it until it makes him nauseous and vomits. After the video went viral, not a few other influencers also responded to it, some Indonesian food volgger also took part in responding to the news.

MasterChef Indonesia season 10 graduate Madam Anna is the owner of the sushi outlet named Philadelphia sushi bali. She also opened her voice about the viral news that is currently raging on social media. The reason is that her homemade sushi products are being complained about by the influencer named Kenzie. She emphasized that sushi is not recommended to be left out for a long time before eating, said the owner of the sushi outlet.
Through a TikTok upload @philadelphia.bali, she also made a clarification video regarding the stale sushi. On the other hand, Anna did not necessarily blame the delivery service for the sushi delivery because Philadelphia does carry the delivery concept.

“At least a little sushi can last about 3-5 hours from normal, adjusting to room temperature. But after that time, it's definitely not fit for consumption,” says Anna.
