who is popular with the film “Ganteng-Ganteng Srigala” lose weight.
Prilly also shared her daily meal menu. Consistent dieting for about a year,
she was able to lose up to 12 kg. Recently, through her TikTok account, she
also shared her daily meal menu so that she managed to lose weight from 49 kg
to 37 kg.
For breakfast, Prilly Latuconsina follows a “clean eating” diet. She eats nothing but a cup of black coffee for breakfast. Then for Lunch, the lunch menu consists of vegetables and protein. In the video she uploaded to TikTok, she introduced one of her menus, including fried bean sprouts and boiled eggs.
“That's why I eat dates, because the calories are not much and the fruit is not too sweet,” Prilly said in the video.
Then Dinner The last heavy meal of the day should not be eaten at night. Prilly says she eats in the afternoon. Her menu includes fried quinoa, grilled eggplant, tofu and more. For dessert, Prilly still enjoys gluten-free donuts. According to her, gluten-free donuts can satisfy your sweet tooth and still keep you healthy.
