The book, titled "A LITTLE PRINCEESS" by FRANCES HODGSON BURNETT with the genre of children's literature, tells the story of Sara, a girl who lives a luxurious life in a boarding school in London. Sara is an only child from a very well-to-do family, she was sent by her father from India to attend school in London. Sara is a smart, kind, and imaginative child. Although from a wealthy family and living a luxurious life he was not spoiled, because he was a pleasant child some of his friends admired him, liked him . However, some friends don't like him because they are jealous. But bad news came to her on her eleventh birthday which was supposed to be a happy day, Sara got the news that her father had died and gone bankrupt. Since then his life has changed completely. She is treated cruelly by the principal, Miss Minchin, and made a maid at the school. All his belongings were confiscated and he was moved to a restroom under the roof. With all his suffering, he remained firm, kind and did not complain. One day, Sara met a father from India who lived in the house next to the school. It turned out that the father was Sara's father's friend who had been looking for him for 2 years. Finally, Sara's secret is revealed. The father was Mr. Carrisford who inherited all of Sara's father's estate. Sara returned to living a self-sufficient life and became Mr. Carrisford's guardian. This story teaches that being a true princess is not determined by wealth, but by good attitudes and behavior.

Readers love this book because it has an inspiring story in it and teaches not to judge people by their possessions and appearances, teaches not to give up easily and is strong. The depiction of the setting where the story is told or written can make us imagine the setting of the place. The cover is also quite interesting, but it is a bit difficult to distinguish between monologue and dialogue because the writing is not clear or less structured, making it a bit dizzy to read. This novel is suitable to be read from the age of 16 years where at that age we need encouragement or support, this book can be used as a source of inspiration.
